Jen joined ETA Insurance Group in 2025. In her current role, Jen works directly with all major accounts as our client executive.  She works directly with HR and benefits department personnel in an effort to make sure all services are carried out according to contract.  Jen often times works directly with employees and plan members by hosting workshops, benefit meetings, and lunch-n-learn sessions to better educate the member on insurance and benefit programs.  Jen spends a majority of her time in the field with employers and employees.

Outside of the office Jen is very active in her community. Jen resides in Sugarloaf Township, Luzerne County with her two sons.  Jen enjoys reading, hiking, and teaching/attending Yoga classes.
